Information for Submission Step 3

Electronic submission is now closed.

Submissions: Contributions are to be submitted in portable document format (pdf) via the submission page. They must indicate the name, postal address, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers of the contact author. Contributions have to be written and presented in English; no simultaneous translation will be provided during the conference. Each submission will be thoroughly peer reviewed by three members of the International Programme Committee in order to ensure a high quality of the final programme.

Abstracts: In order to support the reviewing process we strongly encourage the preliminary communication of a half-page abstract announcing the intention to submit a full paper. Abstracts will not be reviewed, but simply serve to allocate reviewers for full papers in a timely manner. Acceptance of papers is based on the reviews of the full paper only. If you would like to submit an abstract before electronic submission via the conference website opens in January 2008, you can email your abstract to M-A.Sujan@warwick.ac.uk

Full papers: Full papers must not exceed the maximum number of 14 pages, and have to be prepared according to the LNCS templates provided by Springer Verlag at their web site: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/

Originality: Only papers neither published nor submitted elsewhere may be submitted for publication. The following declaration should be added:

"All necessary clearances for the publication of this paper have been obtained. If accepted, the author will prepare the final manuscript in time for inclusion in the conference proceedings and will present the paper at the conference."
