SAFECOMP 2008 Registration
Registration is available for the main conference (September 22 - 24) and for individual workshops and
tutorials (September 25). To register, please download and print the
registration form, select the events you wish to attend, fill in your payment details
and fax the form to:

Payment
Credit card and cheque payment are accepted.
Please make cheques payable to Newcastle University.
All cheques must be in Pounds Sterling (£).
Bank transfer details are available on the registration form.
Cancellations must be in writing and received before
September 5, 2008. Cancellations are subject to a £ 50 processing fee.
Substitutions are allowed at any time. To qualify for the advance registration discount,
form and payment must be received by the deadline. Registrations received after the deadline will be
charged at the late/on-site rate.

Main Conference (September 22 - 24)
Regular registration covers admission to the main conference, conference proceedings (book and CD),
coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner.
Student registration covers admission to the main conference, conference proceedings (CD only), coffee
breaks and lunches.

Tutorials (September 25)
Tutorial fees include tutorial handouts, coffee break and lunch. Tutorials are half-day events. There is a discount for attending two tutorials (one am and one pm). Please note that tutorials may be cancelled depending on a minimum number of participants. Tutorial fees will be fully refunded in case the tutorial is cancelled.
